“Wasn’t feeling great yesterday so I have been loading up on all things goodness… tons of fruits and veggies, chai tea, and went to bed early. I woke up feeling SO much better! I have to give a shout out to @drinkommate, their chai tea is out of this world amazing. Like no other tea I have every had. Everyone needs to get some of this stuff! It isn’t just for when you don’t feel good, it is amazing all the time. Ingredients include : tea, all spice, cardamom, clove, fennel, pepper, star anise, cinnamon, Ceylon, cassia, ginger, and turmeric (all organic) So good!”
